Goals

Identify people working as underwriters, investment bankers, or otherwise engaged in the regulation of stock exchanges and IPOs. These people should be creative and have demonstrated an interest in the creation of new financial assets. 

Early Findings

Nate NeadNead is a licensed investment banker and Principal at Deal Capital Partners LLC. 
He works with corporate clients looking to acquire, sell, divest, or raise growth capital from qualified buyers or institutional investors. 
Nead lives in Seattle, Washington. 
Nead wrote several articles for Investment Bank about the impact of the blockchain on investment banking,  the importance of its adoption, and the emergence of alternative trading systems. 
Takis GeorgakopoulosGerogakopoulos is the Managing Director of Treasury Services at JPMorgan. 
He lives in New York City. 
Gerogakopoulos has been promoting JPMorgan's blockchain-based payments initiative. 
Josias DeweyDewey is a Financial Services and Real Estate attorney. 
Dewey is a thought leader in blockchain technology and has written extensively about the stock exchange and cryptocurrency.  
Dewey's firm, Holland & Knight LLP, represents companies during their IPOs. Notably, it has represented Silvergate Bank, a commercial bank focused on creating a banking platform for innovators, especially in digital currency. 
Other Relevant Figures Anja Bedford is the Head of Blockchain Projects for Deutsche Bank's Global Transaction Banking. She promotes blockchain and explains how it can be used in banking. 
Ole Matthiessen is Deutsche Bank’s Global Head of Cash Management. He is a proponent of JP Morgan's blockchain-based payments initiative.
 Kara Stein is a commissioner at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. She recently discussed alternative trading systems at an open meeting. 
Jay Clayton is a chairman at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He recently discussed alternative trading systems at an open meeting. 
 Heath P. Tarbert is chairman of the US. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He believes applying effective regulation that appreciates the transformational potential of technology like cryptocurrency is crucial for the US economy. 
 Justin Schmidt is the Head of Digital Asset Markets at Goldman Sachs. He is the firm's first-ever "digital assets" trader.
