Fintech Companies in German Speaking Countries

Goals

To get a list of fintech companies in countries where German is either the official language or the second official language, in order to mine CEO email addresses of these companies.

Fintechs per CountryThere are about 204 fintech companies in Belgium.
Germany has an estimated 898 fintech companies.
Switzerland has over 1,000 fintech companies.
Austria has an estimated 176 fintech companies.
Luxembourg has over 200 fintech companies.

Summary of FindingsDuring the first hour of research we were able to establish the countries where German is used as the official (primary) language, as well as, those countries where its used as the second (secondary) language. In addition, we found out the estimated number of active fintech companies in Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Also, we have provide a list of some active fintechs in Germany in this spreadsheet. However, we were not able to establish the number of fintech companies in Czech Republic
, Hungary, Denmark, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Vatican City.
