Determine the pain points of director-level individuals around their careers and ambitions.  The information wil be used to develop a marketing strategy.

EXECUTIVE CAREER PAIN POINTS

According to an executive, there are typically very few available VP roles in a company so the opportunities at this level is very scarce.
Promotions from Director to Vice President require a major change in "mindset and skillset."
This promotion level also need new dimensions of "strength and toughness."
Employees at the VP-level also need to deal with the vast "responsibility and complexity" that the role demands.
VPs typically need to handle several teams with conflicting priorities.
Decision-making is also not straighforward.
