Goals

To provide comparisons between the co-living space and residential players, as well as provide their strategy. 

Early Findings

Sweet Inn Sweet Inn is a stylish space with quality furniture and linens. 
Guests can enjoy premium amenities, in addition to designs that ensure that guests can enjoy the local vibe. 
Sweet Inn has branches in Rome, Dublin, Milano, Paris, London, Barcelona, Porto, and Seville. 
Venn City Apartments A review through their LinkedIn profile indicates that Venn City Apartments headquarters are in Tel Aviv, Israel.  
Venn City Apartments are also available in Brooklyn, New York and Berlin. To provide a unique approach, these private apartments are beautifully furnished. 
 
These apartments also have communal areas to allow guests to socialize with neighbors and create a sense of community. 
According to Forbes, these apartments are renovated, leased, and managed by an Israel-based urban-tech enterprise, Venn. 
Zeus Living Zeus Living provides Airbnb services and in the past four years, the property owners have dedicated time and resources to redecorate the apartments, thus growing them to a $100 million revenue run rate. 
In 2019, Zeus Living boosted its revenue to 300% and today, the apartments have increased to over 2,000 homes, with rent ranging to $4,000 a month per space.
